Application Information
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our events! Please carefully read the following guidelines before submitting your application.
Application Process
Once you submit your application, you will receive a response via email within 1–2 days. Please allow up to 3 days at most for approval or denial.
To help us avoid duplicate vendors, clear photos of your products or setup are required with your application. This is essential for vendor selection and category management.
Category Limits
To ensure a diverse mix of vendors, we have limits in the following categories:
Crochet, Sourdough, and 3D Printing: Limited to 2 vendors per event.
If the event has over 50 vendors, we may allow up to 3 vendors in each of these categories.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must bring their own canopy, tables, chairs, and all other setup materials.
We do not supply any of these. Supplying tables and canopies for everyone would cost over $10,000 and we currently have no place to store them—please come fully prepared.
Electricity is available by request for an additional $20 per event.
We recommend vendor insurance, but it is not required. A good, affordable option is Next Insurance, which offers plans starting around $30–$40 per month.
Payment & Communication
Only send payment after receiving an official acceptance email. Communication will only come from these verified email addresses:
Any other email is not valid. Do not send money or respond to anyone else claiming to represent us.
Weather & Refund Policy
We operate rain or shine.
The only exception is if winds exceed 30 MPH, in which case we may reschedule.
No refunds are issued for any reason.
If you cannot attend an event, your fee cannot be transferred to another event—this would be considered a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Event Day Details
Setup begins at 7:00 AM sharp. Do not arrive earlier unless you’ve gotten prior approval.
You must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.
The event ends at 5:00 PM and breakdown begins at that time.
Do not pack up early unless you’ve received direct permission. Leaving early without prior approval may disqualify you from future events unless it’s a verified emergency.
Unloading & Parking
You may pull up near the grass to unload. However:
Unload everything first.
Move your vehicle immediately.
Then return to unpack and set up.
Do not begin setup while your vehicle is still parked near the event.
Vendor parking is not allowed near the event area. Those spots are reserved for shoppers only. Vendors who park too close will not be allowed to return to future events.
Setup & Clean-Up Expectations
Tent weights (minimum 10 lbs per leg) are required.
In rainy conditions, we recommend sidewalls or even shower curtains for extra coverage.
You must clean your area completely after the event. Failure to do so may result in not being invited back.
Tax & Promotion Requirements
A tax form must be submitted before each event. Please message us if you need help completing it.
All accepted vendors must mark themselves as “Going” on the Facebook event and share the event with your audience. We rely on everyone’s participation to make these events successful for all.
