  • Vendor fees range from as low as $35 to as high as $90, depending on the event location. Kleiner Park costs significantly more to rent, which is why vendor fees are higher there compared to Storey Park and Heroes Park.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email within 1-3 days of applying.

  • Electricity access is very limited at our events, especially at Kleiner Park, where outlets are scattered randomly around the grounds. We often don’t know which vendor spots will have access to electricity until we begin marking booth spaces. Because of this, we generally do not offer electricity unless it is absolutely essential for your booth to operate. We appreciate your understanding as we work within the constraints of each location.

  • Our events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. Please come prepared for outdoor conditions if your booth is outside.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can open your space to another vendor.
