What is the difference between a commercial vendor and a non-commercial vendor?

Non-Commercial Vendors These are your classic yard sale sellers! You’re considered a non-commercial vendor if you’re selling gently used, secondhand, or unwanted household items—things you’d typically find at a garage or yard sale.

Commercial Vendors You fall into the commercial category if you’re selling new or handmade products, representing a business, or offering services or food. This includes: • Craft fair vendors • Small business owners • Food booths

Knowing which category you fall into helps us place vendors appropriately and keep the event running smoothly for everyone!

What if I don’t want my leftovers after the event?

After the event, if you have unsold items you’d rather not take back, we’ve got you covered! We’re partnering with Savers for a special Fundrive, collecting leftover items to raise money for three amazing nonprofits. If you’re willing to donate your leftovers, just leave them at your booth and let us know—we’ll handle the rest! It’s an easy way to give back and keep the good going even after the sale ends.

Thank you for helping us support great causes with every item!

Do you provide electricity?

No, sorry!

What restrictions do you have on the items?

For the safety of our attendees and to comply with laws and vendor policies, the following items are NOT allowed to be sold at the event: • Pesticides or chemicals • Gasoline or oil • Propane or helium tanks • Firearms or weapons of any kind Additional restrictions may apply based on legal regulations, company policies (for brand representatives), or if an item is deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly event. Thank you for helping us keep this event safe and enjoyable for everyone!
