Setup & Space Rules

  • Sellers may begin setup on Friday (Times will be sent out later)

  •  Each seller is allotted their paid for space of either (10x10, 10x20, 10x30, or 10x40)

  • Sellers must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and any other setup materials.

  • No electricity provided at all

  • Items must be contained within your assigned space – no encroaching into walkways or others’ areas.

  • Keep walkways clear for safety

    What Can Be Sold

  • Used personal items only (household goods, clothes, toys, books, etc.)

  • No weapons, fireworks, alcohol, tobacco, illegal goods, or explicit materials.

  • No large appliances or furniture unless pre-approved (depending on space).

  • No commercial or mass-produced goods unless it’s a designated vendor space.

    Teardown & Cleanup

  • Sellers must remain until end time (unless sold out or prior arrangement made).

  • All trash must be removed from your space — bring your own trash bags.

  • Unsold items must be taken home — leaving items on-site is not permitted.

  • Option: donate your leftovers to our Savers Fundrive for the nonprofit

    Liability & Legal Disclaimer

  • Sellers participate at their own risk.

  • The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

  • Sellers are responsible for reporting any income if legally required to do so.
